Belle Tire is opening a new store in Bloomington this spring and we are looking for experienced salespeople and managers to join our staff! A background in sales and/or customer service will serve you well in this crucial role in our full service retail tire/automotive center.

The Sales Associate is a positive, energetic, eager-to-learn team player that provides 100% customer satisfaction. This position is an entry-level position that provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to build a promising career in the tire and automotive service industry. All Sales Associates will receive different levels of training including, Instructor-led, e-Learning, and on the job training to learn duties, processes and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Continuous thinking and sharing of ideas to improve Belle Tire
25% of sales time might be doing tire technician duties
Do the right thing for the customers, employees, and vendors
Greet every customer with a friendly smile
Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
Meeting and exceeding defined goals and objectives
Write work orders according to Belle Tire procedures
Clean shop, showroom, restrooms, and waiting room
Occasionally pick up tires/parts from stores/vendors
Learn to use Belle Tire's systems (i.e. POS, Order Trac, Nelle, LMC, etc.)
Other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Assistant Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
18 years of age
Valid drivers' license
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, management and customers
Ability to listen and process knowledge
Ability to read and write English
Represents one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner
Demonstrates a commitment of high quality service to internal and external customers
Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
Basic mathematical skills
