Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our onsite property management team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC experience and a background in supervising maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with the property management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC certification preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
Pay range is based on the candidate's experience.
