Description We are in search of a Project Manager to join our manufacturing team located in BOLINGBROOK, Illinois. The role will revolve around the management and coordination of various projects, leveraging your expertise in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and managing the lifecycle of projects within the organization. Using Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing projects effectively. Incorporating Cloud Technologies for efficient project execution and data management. Implementing and managing CRM and ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships. Conducting AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of project elements. Implementing Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient workflow in projects. Overseeing budget processes to ensure the financial feasibility of projects. Implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project changes. Utilizing Cloud ERP and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for effective resource planning and business operations managementRequirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role within the manufacturing industry Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Demonstrable experience in working with cloud technologies Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Familiarity with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies Proven track record in executing budget processes efficiently Strong skills in change management and adapting to dynamic business environments Experience with Cloud ERP systems, specifically MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Relevant certification or degree in Project Management or a related field would be advantageous Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
