What you will do in this role:  The Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) supports individuals in recovery from substance use disorders by offering encouragement, understanding, and hope. This role uses lived experience to help others stay engaged in recovery and work toward long-term success.  You will work with patients going through withdrawal & rehab, while interacting with all medical and administrative personnel in our center.What You’ll Do:Provide support, encouragement, and motivation to individuals in recoveryServe as a positive role model, mentor, and advocateShare recovery education and connect clients to helpful resourcesHelp prevent relapses and promote long-term stabilitySupport a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
