Purpose:Under the supervision of the manager, the Inbound/Outbound Operator manages all inbound and outbound logistics flows, contributing to the success of the "product realization" process. This role is responsible for managing physical and information flows, from procurement to dispatch, applying defined procedures and operating modes, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and environmental standards. The operator is responsible for the warehouse service level and supplying customers (internal or external) accordingly.Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:The Inbound/Outbound Operator carries out handling operations in unloading, loading, and storage areas using provided equipment while complying with safety rules. They physically and electronically receive deliveries, checking them quantitatively and qualitatively, and initiate daily replenishment orders from the logistics provider. The operator prepares orders, loads trucks, and issues delivery notes, while communicating with all departments and exchanging activity-related information.They participate in physical inventories in accordance with applicable procedures under the managers' supervision and ensure the management and removal of waste and hazardous products in compliance with current regulations.The operator ensures compliance with existing 5S standards in their work areas, reports safety and environmental anomalies, and proposes and implements solutions to eliminate them. They participate in designing and implementing the department's progress plan and may be required to take part in other departmental activities for organizational reasons.The operator checks product and process conformity by carrying out defined quality tests, applies procedures relating to non-conformities, and knows and applies the rules defined for the continuous improvement of the site and its department (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM).They participate in continuous improvement working groups and help implement actions. The operator knows and applies environmental rules specific to their position and work environment, regularly cleans workstations, and sorts waste. They also know and apply safety rules specific to their job and work environment.
