Assistant Manager - part time and bartender or server part time
Horseshoe Restaurant and Bar has two locations and is family owned. More of a family environment than a bar. One location is in Collinsville, IL and the other is in OâFallon, IL. We are looking for a part time manager to work about 28 hours a week at an hourly rate up to $14.00 an hour depending on experience. This candidate can also work as a bartender, server or cook the other 12 hours of the week to make extra money if they desire. Good, stable background with experience in a restaurant/bar with good knowledge of the front and back of the house is required. We are more of a restaurant than a bar. We sell about 70% food and 30% bar. No real late nights. An example schedule for the part time manager is 4 pm to 11 pm 4 days a week. One Weekend night is required.
