I have a 4 plex in Murphysboro and occasionally need a handyman to perform small repairs. Leaking toilets, sticking doors, leaky under sink drain pipes, etc. I can do all this myself, but I'm not in the area right now. Requirements are for you to be quiet, clean, neat and efficient. Anything you can't handle, Ill find someone with a contractors license. This is just to keep the tenants happy, no remodeling etc.
