We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level MSP Technician to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with managing network infrastructures. Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure computer systems, printers, and network devices
Perform system monitoring and maintenance tasks
Assist in managing security and backup solutions
Document technical procedures and solutions for clients
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with clients
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous IT support experience (internship or help desk role)
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
Experience with Office 365, remote desktop solutions, and network monitoring tools
