Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. The Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation while maintaining the vehicle cleanliness.
Duties
Operate vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to scheduled routes.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during driving duties.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while promoting safety on the road.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any changes.
Experience
Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
