We are seeking a skilled and innovative Civil Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering design, with proficiency in Civil 3D. As a Civil Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare detailed civil engineering designs using software such as Civil 3D.
- Create 2D visualizations to present design concepts effectively.
- Draft technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and gather data to inform design decisions.
- Review and edit designs using Bluebeam for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Knowledge of design principles and system design processes.
- Ability to build effective working relationships within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges.
