Meat Cutter - preferably have experience, but not required, must be self motivated, and work well with other employees. At Prime Cut 41, we like to have a family/team work environment. We do butcher beef and hogs at our family business for our retail counter and for custom orders.
Essential Functions:
Have a friendly and positive attitude with all aspects carried out and keeping with integrity.
Wait on customers and interact with other employees in a pleasant, timely, and efficient manner.
Break down hog/beef & cut meat for specific cuts ordered by individual customers, restaurants, and/or retail front
Make sure meat is wrapped according to the current specifications of Prime Cut 41
Follow HACCP guidelines
Clean up your work area and disinfect areas daily
