Looking for general laborer 20-40 hours a week with experience operating power tools, i.e. circular saws, drill, sawzalls, pneumatic airguns, etc.
Must have some experience in framing, demolition, roofing, drywall, general labor, etc. and understand the terms and processes associated with framing walls, load-bearing, etc. Must be reliable and show an ability to move tasks forward with limited supervision.
Must have driver's license, vehicle, and no felonies.
Job duties consist of general woodworking / cutting, nailing, moving materials and tools, clean up, concrete, etc. Ability to run nail gun and complete minor carpentry tasks alone is a plus. Tasks also include working outside, shovel, jack hammering, etc.
Based on experience pays $20 per hour (ability to earn more than $20 based on display of experience, reliability, and/or work ethic). General carpenter work out of Bement Illinois area. No taxes or benefits withheld.
