The ideal candidate needs to posses the following,
good mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
Valid driver license
Basic understanding of tools and use
possess good problem-solving skills
The Canidate will work with an experienced technician and preform the following
Disassemble and reassemble collision damaged vehicles
Learn to preform required repair techniques
Prepare a blueprint of the repair process
Learn to use collision related equipment involved in the repair process
goal to become a Certified Technician
