Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Commodity Trading Broker to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in commodity trading within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The Junior Commodity Trading Broker will work closely with senior brokers and traders to execute trades, analyze market trends, and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing sales calls to “warm” leads averaging 150 calls a day
Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts
Develop a strong understanding of various commodities markets and trading strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their trading needs and provide timely market updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
NFA Series 3 registered
Strong interest in financial markets and commodities trading.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Previous internship or work experience in finance, trading, or commodities is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is a plus
