Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks and short-term rental revenue streams? We’re looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our financials in order for a short-term rental property management company in Chicago.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records.
Audit payments and reconcile accounts.
Prepare and review monthly client statements and payments.
Track revenue from short-term rental platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Assist in identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks is required.
Familiarity with short-term rental revenue streams is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to audit payments accurately.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
