What you will be doing is working with Unions and small businesses to help provide benefits to their union members and employees in your community! Your job entails you being able to explain to the clients what and how their benefits work, making sure the benefits are best suited for them and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
