We’re a thriving sound recording studio looking for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Studio Manager to help manage day-to-day operations and keep our creative space running smoothly. This part-time position is perfect for someone with mid-level experience who’s passionate about music and studio production.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the studio owner with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
Coordinate studio bookings and maintain the studio calendar.
Greet and assist clients, ensuring an exceptional studio experience.
Manage studio supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Oversee studio organization and cleanliness.
Support social media management and marketing efforts as needed.
Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing and payment tracking.
Provide light technical assistance (e.g., setting up equipment, troubleshooting minor issues).
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (personal assistant, office manager, or studio environment preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software, email, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of or interest in music production and recording is a plus.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
