Abitzy Inc. is a growing Wholesale Exhibit and Millwork Company seeking for an experienced project manager that has tradeshow industry experience. A professional that can lead a team through the project life cycle of planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan while remaining aligned with commitments and goals of our organization.
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with reaching project goals focused on the fabrication of tradeshow and exhibit booths. Your objectives will be clearly defined, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound, aligning with the overall project and its associated responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Interpret construction and setup drawings.
-Coordinate with all departments to establish and maintain a project schedule.
-Assess the need for external and internal resources to achieve project objectives.
-Ensure adherence to the project budget as outlined by the estimating department.
-Monitor and report on project milestones, providing regular status updates.
-Apply our client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively to all projects.
-Troubleshoot issues promptly and in a cost-efficient manner.
Position Requirements:
-A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
-A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the tradeshow, exhibit, or events industry.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software.
-Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and other office-based applications.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
-In-depth knowledge of all phases of exhibit fabrication techniques and materials.
