Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

Liberty Tax is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information about our tax services. The ideal candidate is professional, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills and have to be Spanish speaking bilingual person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers to schedule tax preparation appointments.

- Answer inbound calls and provide information about Liberty Tax services.

- Maintain an organized call log and update customer records as needed.

- Follow up on missed appointments to reschedule as necessary.

- Meet daily and weekly call quotas and appointment-setting goals.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.

- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous call center, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
