Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC is a licensed Terminal Operator by the State of Illinois to purchase and operate slot machines under the Illinois Video Gaming Act. We currently operate 100 locations, and have a team of 30+ full-time and 20 part-time employees or contractors. We have been experiencing a very rapid growth and look forward to expanding and branching out into other markets over the coming years. The company is very young and energetic, where the team members are willing to put in extra hours to continue the success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities
Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database
Provide excellent and knowledgeable customer service
Data entry and similar administrative work
Qualifications:
Previous office experience in an administrative role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (desired)
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
High School Degree
