Action Auto Services Inc. is seeking an organized and efficient customer service representative to join our team. AIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and well-organized work environment.
Duties include: Greeting customers, answering phones, invoicing customers, scheduling appointments accepting payment, managing paperwork and files, other office tasks as needed. Must have a valid drivers license.
Hours are:
Monday through Friday
9 am to 2pm
Compensation:
$15.00 hourly
Immediate hiring is preferred
