Multiple openings for Customer Service Representatives
In this Customer Service role, you will be primarily responsible for screening and interviewing respondents over the phone. No sales or quotas! Join our team to work evening and weekend shifts onsite.

The ideal Customer Service Representative has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. You’ll talk to people across the country from all walks of life to obtain information on issues such as cost and access to healthcare and the impact of higher education on the labor force.

The pay for this position will be $19.58 per hour, which is based on geographic location.
Flexible Part-Time hours: Work between 20-28 hours by selecting from available evening and weekend shifts
