Full Circle Electronics US, LLC specializes in helping customers with IT asset disposition and recovery. Through one of our five ISO 9001 locations, we help clients protect their sensitive data and document that all relevant security, environmental, and industry regulations have been met. Our local offices are in Elk Grove Village, IL and are currently accepting resumes for Customer Service Specialist. All candidates will complete a criminal history background check, drug test, and proof of citizenship and legal work authorization.

Position Description:

The customer service specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Proficiency with computers / online web-interfaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required for success within the position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist will be required to assist in the following areas:

Manages customer accounts on a day-to-day basis by ensuring that client information and records are up to date and accurate.

Can address any questions or concerns from our customers in a timely manner.

Provide detailed reporting to customers.

Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.

Partners with the assigned Business Development team to discuss new clients, and existing clients.

Manage Quarterly and Annual Business reviews.

Provide Ad hoc reporting as requests come in from clients.

Meet personal/customer service team targets.

Provide support for customer portals.

Utilize the company’s ERP and CRM systems to update client records and work orders.

Maintain accurate records to support internal accounting / financial resolution process.

Perform other duties as required. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma, relevant customer facing experience preferred.

Advanced level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; Jet reporting a plus.

Superior oral and written communication skills essential.

Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.

Business casual and friendly workplace

Office Hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday
