Seeking full time customer service and entry level accounting support position within a small manufacturing office environment. Normal office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Company benefits (paid holidays/vacation/insurance) would apply after 90 days with full time hours.
Job includes:
Answering Phone and booking appointment calls
Taking and routing calls/messages
Greeting clients and vendors
Filing and organizing job paperwork
Working within a CRM system entering customer activities
Check Processing and Data Entry
Scheduling Customer Jobs
Applicant must be:
Customer service oriented
Detailed and organized
Have a good personality
Willing to work onsite
Know their way around a computer
Follow verbal and written directions easily
An independent worker and thinker
Having familiarity with Quick Books a plus and would lead to further advancment.
