Duties and Responsibilities
- Help manage current customer accounts
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Enter orders into our online dispatch system
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Solve customer problems and help resolve issues

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Minimum high school diploma required. Some college preferred but not required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience required.
Language skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence
