We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers face to face and educate potential customers on the benefits of using renewable energy. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to educate them on the benefits of joining a community solar project
Generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and referral programs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
