About the Role

This position starts at $19/hr (just under $500/month for 6 consistent hours per week), with the potential to grow into more shifts as we expand. Responsibilities
Clean medical office spaces, including restrooms, clinical areas, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Empty trash and recycling
Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
Follow safety procedures and site-specific instructions
Occasionally assist with special tasks or seasonal needs
Qualifications
Basic English skills required — must be able to read cleaning instructions, follow checklists, and communicate with supervisor as needed
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site, especially for evening hours
Reliable and punctual — someone who shows up on time every time
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Takes pride in doing a job well, even when no one’s watching
Good attention to detail
Comfortable being on your feet and doing light physical work
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use standard cleaning tools
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
