Seeking Janitor

We are looking for a Janitor to do office cleaning and clean client businesses 2-3 times a week.
Duties/Requirements:
- Must be able to work indoor and outdoor
- Must be able to lift minimum of 40 lbs
- Must work well with others and have good communications skills
- Be able to follow directions on jobsites
- Must have a valid Driver's License
