We are hiring an Evening Valet Manager for a luxury residential property in Chicago. This position is responsible for leading a team of valet attendants, ensuring premium service, and maintaining high standards during evening operations. The property operates 24/7. Evening availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise the valet team during evening shifts
-Ensure compliance with company and property service standards
-Act as the primary contact for evening issues, residents, and incident reports
-Support scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
-Promote a professional, polished, and courteous team environment
-Ensure vehicle handling meets all safety and care protocols
Qualifications:
-Management experience in valet, fleet, or hospitality required
-Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-Calm under pressure with a 5-star service mindset
-Reliable, accountable, and service-driven
-Must be available for evening, weekend, and occasional on-call needs
Requirements:
-5+ years of management experience
-Prior valet or fleet operations experience
-High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
-Ability to lead, train, and retain a polished, professional team
-Must pass criminal background check and driving test
-Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of continuous driving history
-No suspended or expired license in past 3 years
-No more than 2 minor moving violations in past 3 years
-No major or alcohol/drug-related violations in past 3 years
