Customer Service Representative Position

Responsibilities:
Being Courteous
Answer customer questions
Making phone calls
Processing forms
Engaging with clients
The ideal candidate should be:
Strong in customer service skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Excellent presentation skills
Stable work history
Fluent in English
Bi-lingual a plus
Hours 10:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday / Sat 10:00 am to 5 pm
