We are seeking a Full Time Office Assistant with customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, reliable, and possess a professional demeanor. Close proximity to O’Hare is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and assist customers with information about company and services
Assist customers in a professional manner via multi-line phone system and email
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of website to assist callers with concerns
Filing and scanning
General Office Misc
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills (G Suite, Microsoft Office, web/smartphone navigation)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented
Be organized and professional
Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays to meet business needs
