Paid internship available for a local fine art student. Approx 5 hours a week. Work can be done remotely from home but will likely be meeting in a studio or cafe for the first couple of weeks.
Tasks would be very admin based and examples of tasks include the following:
- Updating product descriptions on catalog websites
- Product photography
- Using Photoshop to edit illustrations and product images
- Making cold calls to store owners
- Designing email blasts
The internship would also provide 1 hour of mentorship a week with the principal to either critique personal artwork, provide entrepreneurial guidance or other creative informational assistance.
Must be personable, willing to take initiative, have great phone skills, and be enrolled in a fine art program.
