Personal Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

Personal Support:

Completing personal errands, shopping, and special requests

Liaising with household teams, vendors, and service providers

Managing household schedules, maintenance appointments, and deliveries

Tracking and organizing personal tasks and projects

Administrative Support:

Maintaining personal records and filing systems

Handling confidential documents and information with discretion

Other duties as assigned

Scheduling and Coordination:

Managing the Principal’s personal and household calendar, including appointments, events, and travel

Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations

Overseeing reservations, event tickets, and personal engagements

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

2+ years of previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or production assistant (we will consider various industries including film, photo, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and respond with urgency.

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Apple iPhone/iPad, and database management.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Driver’s license required and ownership of a car is desired but not required.

Additional Information:

Salary offered is $75,000 - $95,000 for a 40-hour work week and is based on experience. Overtime is compensated at one and a half times the regular hourly rate.

The week between Christmas and New Years is a paid holiday.
