Transportation Services Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM; Some Sundays Required

Position Overview: As a Transportation Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of our daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will involve direct interactions with clients, drivers, and internal teams, managing transportation requests, and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails related to transport scheduling, changes, and inquiries.

Assist drivers with navigation tools, scheduling, and operational challenges.

Process transactions, including order entries, payment processing, and financial record keeping.

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Support administrative and office functions as needed to facilitate operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.

In-person customer service experience preferred.

Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Proficiency in composing and managing emails with a professional demeanor is essential.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with transportation dispatch software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or customer service are advantageous.
