About Us
Our Nonprofit is a local organization dedicated to providing fun, enriching, and recreational educational experiences for children when school is not in session. Our camps are designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in a variety of activities Our hope is to bring in a new flair of emphasis on fun in science, history, and art or other educational topics with our existing sports based recreation programs. In other words were not looking for someone who will teach a full science or history class but instead someone who mix fun lesson and factoid into our recreation day. (this isn't school time, this is fun time.)
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our team as we offer exciting camp programs throughout the year. Special opportunities in summer.

Job Description
We are seeking experienced coaches, and child care workers to work with children in a dynamic and supportive camp environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children, a strong ability to work independently, and the creativity to engage children in fun, educational activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers or childcare professionals looking to supplement their income while making a positive impact on kids’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate camp activities in recreation (ages 5–12).
- Plan and implement age-appropriate creative hands-on activities.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children during camp hours.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to create a positive and fun learning environment.
- Adapt to different group dynamics, keeping kids engaged and excited about the subject matter.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized camp space.
- Provide guidance and support to children as needed, helping them develop confidence and teamwork skills.
$250-300/camp day

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or camp setting.
- A background or degree in education, childcare, science, history, art, or a related field is preferred.
- Special consideration for candidates with experience in teaching or coaching science, history, or art.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a positive team player.
- Strong creativity and the ability to engage children in fun, educational activities.
- Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a fun and safe environment for children.
- Must pass background check and adhere to all safety protocols.
