Need a childcare assistant for our home daycare program for immediate start! Position is full time 40 hours per week from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. Daycare hours are from 7am - 6pm. Candidate must love working with infants and toddlers and be familiar with DCFS care requirements. Must have a high school diploma and be able to take sponsored DCFS classes.
- Work with director and fellow assistants
- Must be reliable. Punctuality is a must.
- Cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of the daycare space.
- Be able to share in the cooking and serving of breakfast, lunch and snack to all kids.
- No experience necessary - we will train.
- Must be able to communicate with parents in English. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Candidate must meet all applicable DCFS licensing regulations such as have a high school diploma, be able to pass a physical and TB test, be able to obtain a CPR/First Aid certificate paid by daycare and attend yearly sponsored continuing education classes paid by employer.
