About this jobAs an Account Executive within our Agency team, you will support the growth of existing client partnerships and agency revenue by evangelizing MRI‑Simmons solutions and delivering white‑glove client service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients—leveraging strong relationship‑building, consultative selling, and analytical skills to help clients solve business challenges using our industry‑leading data and activation products.Starting with an established book of business, you will develop deep client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through upselling and cross‑selling MRI‑Simmons solutions. This role will carry a quota.We’re looking for a motivated, proactive, and solutions‑oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team‑based environment and is eager to grow existing client business while elevating MRI‑Simmons’ profile as a strategic partner.ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:Develop deep expertise across the full suite of MRI‑Simmons products in order to deliver best‑in‑class client supportBuild and maintain positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clientsServe as the day‑to‑day client contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needsLead and coordinate account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion of MRI‑Simmons solutions and building/expanding relationships with key agency departments: Strategy, Research, Media, Planning, InvestmentCoordinate and deliver client training on MRI‑Simmons software, data, and activation productsCommunicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistently high level of serviceCollaborate closely with Sales Leadership and internal teams to identify and execute on revenue‑generating opportunitiesStay current on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery, follow‑up, and development of case studiesLeverage MRI‑Simmons data to align with client strategies, identify new business opportunities, participate in client meetings, and deliver actionable insightsDevelop a deep understanding of each client’s business, customers, and objectives—and how MRI‑Simmons solutions can support themCreate insightful presentations that educate clients on MRI‑Simmons capabilities, data assets, and resourcesPrepare integrated, research‑based presentations and proposals that position MRI‑Simmons as a strategic consultant and partnerPartner with Sales Account Directors to identify strategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights and MRI‑Simmons data
