You will combine technical expertise in AI systems with strong user experience design test skills to create intuitive, effective AI interactions that drive business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and curate high-quality question-answer pairs to train our B2B AI systems on proprietary dataCreate comprehensive prompt libraries tailored to different personas, use cases, and business contextsDrive AI adoption across the organization through effective prompt engineering and user experience designAnalyze AI interaction patterns and optimize conversation flows based on user feedback and performance metricsCollaborate with data science, product, and business teams to align AI capabilities with business objectivesDocument best practices for AI interaction and establish standards for prompt engineeringConduct regular testing and quality assurance of AI responses and conversation flows
