Come eager to grow.Get a taste of what your career could be at kraftheinzcompany.com/careers.Job DescriptionRole / TitleThe Analyst, Finance – Direct Procurement serves as the voice of finance in the decision making process as it relates to quarterly/annual reviews, monthly close process (including analysis and reporting), development of the strategic plan. The position is key to drive behavior in Procurement to pursue strategic pricing and better negotiations and will focus in subset of Direct Procurement (CoPack, Ingredients or Packaging). In addition, the position interacts with the Operations group to support productivity efforts.Key Responsibilities include: Direct Procurement
Responsible for central directs analytics and reporting (to Central US, CAN and Global teams) – including Purchase Price Variance (PPV) actuals, Forecast, Inflation and Value Engineering (VE)
Implement process improvement projects and data/report automation with IT team leveraging tools as Tableau and Smartview
Facilitate Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR) for the Packaging, Copack, Ingredients areas
Coordinate monthly forecast process and inputs with Buyers and R&D to ensure accurate forecasting
Align with Business Units and Ops that BOM reformulation is appropriately recognized on the correct P&L
Support Leads in ad hoc requests and quantifying financials that results in a clear message for leadership and buyers
Complete weekly forecasting exercise to provide leadership visibility to current month projections
Partner with R&D and Procurement to identify and support savings initiatives related to value engineering for all Direct procurement categories
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
Strong Technical and Systems orientation
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
