The Alternatives team is comprised of the research group and client solutions group. We are seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst for the client solutions group; however, this is a dual-focused role that will spend time on both client solutions as well as alternatives research. The role will be approximately 60% focused on client solutions and approximately 40% focused on alternatives research; however, this time allocation is dynamic and will change from quarter to quarter. What you’ll do: Support the Alternatives team with client-related initiatives across both discretionary and advisory clients Assist with monitoring existing client portfolios Create presentation materials for clients Perform quantitative analyses, such as portfolio pacing Support new client solution ideas and handle ad hoc client-related requests Contribute as an active member of the alternatives research team Evaluate private markets investment opportunities, including private equity, private credit, and real assets, primarily in North America Bring familiarity with marketable alternatives, such as liquid alternatives and hedge funds, as a plus but not a requirement Participate in 3–4 person deal teams evaluating each investment opportunity Assess both fund investments (primaries) and transactions, including co-investments and secondaries
