As a Business Development Associate on Chicago’s Office team, you will receive an introduction to the all the firm’s business functions as well as instruction by senior professionals in real estate and sales while being an integral part of one the fastest growing commercial real estate firms in the country. Initial responsibilities will focus on creating new business opportunities for the Office Tenant Representation team via daily prospecting, networking, and cold calling (40-50 calls per day). You will be expected to become a local real estate market expert, and highly skilled in producing successful client outcomes on real estate transactions.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to prospective tenants. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss tenant representation services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through consistent prospecting efforts. Collaborate with senior brokers to create and implement business development strategies. Track and manage all outreach activities using CRM tools. Assist with market research, property searches, and preparation of marketing materials. Build relationships with industry contacts through networking events and social media engagement.
