Focus of team/what this individual will be working on:
Meeting Scheduling for team leaders Work order execution Room requests On site ordering of lunch if needed (meeting the caterer) Potential if time allows, Planview reporting, Ariba (procurement requests for PCs), on-boarding consultants. Travel arrangements Agendas Top 3-5 Technical Skills: Positive can do attitude Very organized Able and willing to learn new technologies quickly (e.g. Ariba), Concur travel Excel, word, good written email communication Quick to follow-up, and ask questions Years of Exp: I would say either some college or 2-3 years experience, some have had a prep course on EA(executive assistant) work, variety of backgrounds.
