This position is a remote position! The ATS & Onboarding Specialist will own system administration responsibilities for anything related to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position will also take ownership of the post-offer letter onboarding process, supporting the candidate-to-employee journey of new hires.Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain optimal function of ATS and Onboarding systems, which may include customization and maintenanceProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ATS users, employees, and applicantsCreate and maintain training materials for ATS and Onboarding systems and train new and existing HR users.Collaborate with IT to identify system improvements and enhancements related to integration processesManage permissions, access, and settings for users within ATSRun and maintain data reports for leadership/TA/HR/IT, including EEO/AAP-related regulatory reports and auditsEnsure EEO/AAP compliance within ATS and partner with the EEO Coordinator for trainingsBe involved in ATS-related project(s), and advise as a subject matter expertResponsible for the onboarding journey of new RRD employees, from sending out offer letters, setting up background checks, and collecting personal documentationRun weekly/bi-weekly orientations, educating new hires and providing clear next-step instructionsCollect and maintain all employee personal documentation, and upload it to appropriate systemsCollaborate with Hiring Managers on their new hires onboarding Other ad hoc project/tasks/reports as required
