Description We are seeking a Class Action Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join a top-tier plaintiffs' law firm. Oversee and handle class action cases from beginning to end, including managing case strategy and ensuring consistent progress.
Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to strengthen arguments and support motion preparation.
Draft and lead critical motions such as those for class certification, Daubert challenges, and summary judgment.
Supervise the discovery process, including drafting and responding to requests, reviewing documents, and coordinating efforts with experts.
Maintain frequent and clear communication with clients, class members, and experts, ensuring they remain informed and engaged throughout the case.
Conduct and defend depositions of class representatives, fact witnesses, and experts to gather important insights and bolster case strategy.
Excel in a high-pressure environment by managing multiple active cases simultaneously with minimal oversight while staying organized and detail-focused.
Collaborate effectively with the legal team to develop case strategies and foster efficient case management.
