Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areasLift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safelySet-up, maintain and break down banquet/meeting roomsFollow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet/meetingsReport needed repairs of unsafe equipment and/or conditionsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assigned
