DescriptionSargent & Lundy is looking for a C/C# Software Developer! As a C/C# Software Developer, you will develop new systems/functionality and assess emerging technologies to reengineer existing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and expand your development skills using the latest development tools and platforms in a team environment. Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to, the following:

Maintain existing systems and work closely with end-users to identify their needs.

Contribute to promoting collaboration, automation, improvement, and expanding accessibility.

Develop applications that support CAD-based engineering, design, and business processes.

Enhance the quality of our tools by building flexibility to adapt to changing customer requirements.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in the office, and 2 days remote from home.

QualificationsQualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science (or comparable degree) with 5+ years of proven experience in software development.

Experience with C.

Preferred experience in 3D CAD (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Blender, MDL, Lisp), engineering and/or design, Microsoft Visual Studio (C#, Windows Forms), and database development (Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite, PL/SQL).

Familiarity with Source Control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GIT, Pipelines/Actions), Agile Development Practices, and Object-Oriented Programming.

Understanding of security fundamentals (OAuth, OpenID), Microsoft Office Automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Cloud platforms/solutions (Azure/Oracle Cloud Services), AR/VR development, and AI fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and verbal/written communication skills.
