Where We Need You : We are seeking a Graduate Recruiter to join our team in Chicago, Illinois . What You Can Expect: Our award-winning Graduate Recruiting team runs one of the many programs that helps make Protiviti a great place to work . As a Graduate Recruiter, you will introduce students to who we are, what we do , and what a career at Protiviti could look like for them . You’ll focus on hiring entry-level consultants , interns , and identify Discover Protiviti , our early identification program, attendees through a blend of on-campus recruiting and direct sourcing activities . You will partner closely with our practice professionals , business leaders , and People & C u lture teams to achieve our hiring forecasts and firmwide strategic goals . You will collaborate to run our Intern Program and Discover Protiviti for your respective offices . The students you hire, and mentor will help fuel the continued business growth at Protiviti to become our future leaders . What Will Help You Be Successful:

What You Will Be Doing :
Use Handshake, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Direct Application, and other direct source recruiting methods to find and engage talented and diverse candidates in multiple geographic locations within the Central Region.
Review, screen , and coordinate the interview process for candidates.
Facilitate offer decisions and create offer packages.
On-Campus Recruiting at assigned Universities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the career center and professors within our target majors.
Coordinate, staff, and attend campus recruiting activities such as career fairs, information sessions , and office activities .
Generate new innovative approaches to engage the current talent pipeline.
Collaborate on annual hiring plans, budgets, and calendar of events.
Plan and co-lead the Chicago Internship and Discover Protiviti programs.
Plan and lead the Toronto co-op program.
Provide status reporting and maintain candidate tracking compliance in our CRM and ATS.
Nurture candidates through onboarding to support retention.
Assist throughout the Central Region as requested by the Regional Lead to support the regional needs.
Collaborate with the graduate recruiting team to share new ideas and creative approaches that will further enhance our program.
Actively participate in all North America and Regional Graduate Recruiting meetings.
Build a strong understanding and ownership of a component in North America portions Graduate Recruiting programs (Discover Protiviti, Internship and Recruiting Strategy).
N etwork with the local market offices and broader People & Culture teams.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Degree : Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Human Resources)
Experience : 2 - 5 years in graduate recruiting or a related field, preferably in professional services

The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $61,000.00 - $93,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 5%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $64,050.00 - $97,650.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
