The Client Strategy Team leads LGIM America’s multi-faceted client engagement efforts.  Our top priority is to be trusted partners for our clients while serving as stewards to our long-term business success.  Our client scorecard includes: 1) demonstrating our execution of investment excellence within client portfolios, 2) being client-led with a thorough understanding of client context (needs, objectives, priorities, preferences, constraints), and 3) expanding relationships with a solutions focus.  Client Strategists lead client servicing, distribution, and business development efforts. They manage all client deliverables and communications, translating firm capabilities, investment views, and market context into clear, client-relevant messaging.They mentor junior staff, collaborate across relationship teams, and contribute to firmwide insights on economic and market developments. Strategists are expected to independently navigate and enhance risk monitoring and portfolio modeling systems, ensuring alignment with client objectives.They oversee implementation changes end-to-end across LGIM America teams and clients, maintain a holistic view of client engagement data, and demonstrate strong quantitative, technical, and client-facing expertise.
