- Ensure cloud services are leveraged to their full potential (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and best practices are being followed.
- Provision, configure, and monitor technologies such as Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, and other large-scale distributed databases.
- Automate infrastructure management and development pipelines with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins and GitLab
Preferred Qualities
- 2+ years of experience in a mid- or senior level position within a Cloud Engineering or DevOps team
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification preferred
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes in a production environment required (AWS EKS)
- Experience managing large-scale cloud deployments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
