Communication Designer

Job DescriptionThe communication designer is a key player on the team that will collaborate with various stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that bring our and our clients’ brands and ideas to life. In this role, your creative touch will transform complex ideas into visually appealing stories, providing a powerful platform to showcase our innovations and solutions.Requirements & Duties:

Collaborative storyteller: Work closely with internal teams to understand and articulate complex ideas, turning them into clear & compelling visual stories. Have the ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate quickly

Presentation design: Create presentations that captivate & engage audiences. Use design skills to simplify complex content into easy-to-understand, visually appealing stories and graphics

Graphic design: Ability to interpret and redesign infographics and other graphic-heavy visuals

Verbal communication: Strong and articulate verbal communicator, effective at presenting and communicating design decisions, especially to non-design stakeholders

Brand consistency: Maintain and enhance brand standards across all materials. Uphold design standards and guidelines

Team-player: Ability to jump into new projects quickly, learn from subject matter experts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Tools: Proficient in presentation & graphic design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Preferred, but not mandatory qualifications:

UX/UI experience

Familiarity with Figma

Design thinking experience/training
